Cancellation Policy of Hostel Micaela

The cancellation of the booking should be done with a minimum of 24 hours. In case of breach of the Cancellation Policy, the establishment will be able to collect for one night's stay.

In case of reservations with credit card

Cancellation is free of charge until 10:00 o'clock on the day prior to arrival date
In case of late cancellation or no show ( when the guest does not arrive at the hotel) the hotel may charge the price of the first night on your credit card.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated and requested. .
